What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for Forming business unit
- Lead the commercial activities for the assigned capabilities
- Engage with customers to ensure organizational and commercial team goals are met
- Manage portfolio of products to ensure capability profit margins increase each year
- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for demand planning and revenue reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a role with face-to-face customer interaction
- Experience in the Orthopedic Industry
- Experience in at least one of Orchid's core capabilities (Forging, Casting, Machining, Coating, or Packaging)
- Cross-functional experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the Orthopedic Industry
