      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and continuous improvement of the global anti-bribery and anti-corruption program
      - Assist in the design and implementation of a third-party due diligence monitoring program
      - Conduct compliance risk assessments and support internal investigations as needed
      - Manage an annual supplier certification program and coordinate external supplier academies
      - Build relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate the operationalization of compliance programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or first-degree equivalent in a legal, paralegal, or international business discipline
      - At least 4 years of experience with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, or related international anti-corruption laws
      - Strong analytical, writing, and legal research skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Ability to self-start and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data analytics, including expertise in data models and database design
      - Corporate compliance experience in a diversified global company
      - Experience conducting due diligence or sanctions screens and analyzing fraud
      - Proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese
