      experience and encounter, internally and externally. We represent and support all IBM businesses horizontally and vertically.       Role:
      The Blue Studio is expanding its capabilities to develop advertising for IBM. We are seeking a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary Executive Producer with deep agency, production, and creative contacts to bring new ideas to life and help shape this emerging capability. You will need experience working with creative and editorial teams to oversee end-to-end production workflow, and to package, pitch, and enable decisions while accounting for scale and programmatic needs. You will manage and oversee long-term, high priority projects while maintaining attention to details of incoming and outgoing work. Further responsibilities will include guidance of practices for scoping and production of relevant media, identifying production workflow and efficiencies, and nurturing in-house talent and capabilities. You will work closely with studio leadership to design and evolve a production discipline that favors innovation and creativity.International Business Machines ™

      Responsibilities:
      • Oversee all aspects of Film, Broadcast TV, Print, Audio, OOH, social, and other paid media from pre to post-production, including budget and timeline, vendor organization, and contract negotiations.
      • Strategically identify what resources are needed for each project (directors, photographers, set designers, and external production teams) and collaborate with the creative team to bring on appropriate additional partners ensuring a highly creative shoot.
      • Manage and mentor a small team of full-time and freelance producers – source freelance producers when needed.
      • Manage junior producers to execute smaller-scale productions that will require some line producing.
      • Create long-term scalable relationships with external creative partners.
      • Work closely with project managers to keep all production aspects of creative projects on time, within budget, and executed up to brand standards.
      • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
      • Experience leading a team to design and evolve a production discipline that favors innovation and creativity.
      • Ability to attract, recruit, develop and nurture top creative talent.
      • History of working with project managers to keep production aspects of creative projects on time, within budget and executed to brand standards.
      • Experience managing day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges.
