What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and recruit top-tier candidates for executive positions (Director level and above) with a focus on business development
- Conduct initial intake calls with hiring managers to create accurate position specifications
- Develop talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and referral generation
- Conduct first interviews to assess candidates' alignment with position specifications and cultural fit
- Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure a superior experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in supporting Executive (Director and above) placements
- Prior experience successfully working in a remote role
- BPO industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with senior-level executives
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting sales/business development executives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Power user of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
