- Lead the marketing team charged with driving business and marketing outcomes to drive growth within our Global franchise network.
- Ensure alignment with Global Brand Strategy and close collaboration with other Marketing activation teams to create synergies and connection across our global network.
- Work with partners to develop tailored marketing plans outlining specific strategies and tactics designed to capitalize on the opportunities identified and agreed upon for their individual markets.
- Conduct regular visits, meetings, and phone calls with our Franchise partners, maintaining a strong understanding of individual market conditions, needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Holdings Franchise Operations to promote communication and alignment between the business and marketing goals/initiatives.
- Partner with Consumers Insights to develop local market consumer insights to share with Franchise partners.
- Lead and develop Franchise Marketing team members and agencies while fostering collaboration with key cross-functional marketing teams.
- Share best practices across the Franchise network, developing and facilitating Franchise Marketing council.
- Develop Franchise Marketing scorecard and partner with Marketing Measurement on implementation and adoption.
- Forecast and manage budgets for the Global Franchise Marketing Fund.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Ten (10+) years or more of Marketing experience
- Experience leading the full life-cycle of Business-to-Business and/or Business-to-Consumer initiatives
- Experience managing complex forecasting, including multi-year planning, for franchise marketing
- Demonstrated success in building franchise marketing strategies that connect and compliment corporate strategies
- Willing to travel approximately 30%

The Global Marketing Director of Franchise leads the team responsible for developing marketing efforts in-support of and in-partnership with our Global Franchise network. This role develops relationships with and delivers value to our diverse and growing group of Franchise partners. Additionally, the Global Marketing Director of Franchise works to understand the unique business opportunities within each market and leads their team to develop strategic marketing consultation, guidance, and marketing-thought-leadership to our Franchise partners.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.
