What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the international freight forwarding sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in TransAtlantic, TransPacific, and Mexico/Canada trade lanes
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 5-7 years of outside sales experience in freight forwarding
- Experience working in a freight forwarding company
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably with an existing book of business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established network of contacts within the freight forwarding industry
- Experience in selling to diverse industries or sectors
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles
