      We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager based in Europe, preferably in Germany or Turkiye.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for driving profitable YoY growth for assigned global key account(s) markets and/or product segment(s)

      • Lead and implement annual account plans and align global account strategy to drive value creation for both customer and Huhtamaki

      • Manage and deliver financial targets

      • Lead and manage the customer tender process and negotiate commercial agreement

      • Build and deepen key customer relationships including cross functional contacts (procurement, R&D, operations, plant, marketing, etc)

      • Have deep knowledge of Huhtamaki company, our products and competitive market landscape

      • Collect and communicate account performance on a monthly basis

      • Drive and improve monthly forecast process and accuracy

      • Manages account receivable target and improve cash collection process with customer

      • Develop and build internal stakeholder relationship to drive collaboration between cross functional teams in order to align organizational resources to deliver the both strategic and tactical account activities

      • Report market intelligence such as pricing, product, customer market performance

      Experience, Skills and Education

      • BS/BA degree in communication, marketing, business administration. Masters or MBA preferred

      • 7 years of Key Account/Sales experience.

      • Proven experience in developing and implementing account strategies that will lead to sustainable revenue and profit growth for the business

      • Knowledge of food flexible packaging and previous experience with FMCG customer of advantage

      • Strong project management skills

      • Good finance acumen with analytical mindset

      • Good business acumen and ability to seize opportunity to win profitable business

      • Exceptional communication skills to present business plans, strategies and results to all levels of organization and internal and external stakeholders

      • Advanced in negotiation skills of advantage

      • Team player

      • Fluent in English (others European languages are of advantage)
