- Leverage performance data (CI, CRM, and Ops data) alongside sales leadership feedback to identify improvement opportunities in existing Enablement programs
- Establish and subsequently maintain a high standard of internal GTM collateral/content which is routinely updated/governed to drive optimal adoption
- Author and disseminate globally-relevant internal communications across GTM teams to ensure consistent, cogent, and timely correspondence
- Advance the adoption and/or improve the rollout of GTM productivity tools including but not limited to: Gong, Outreach, Consensus, Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Create and subsequently deploy leader-specific curriculum for GTM teams with emphasis on improving leader efficiency, team performance, and employee retention
- Facilitate customer-facing and partner-facing interactions that showcase and democratize Pigment-on-Pigment best practices
- Collaborate cross functionally with teams including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Partners, Operations, Product, Finance, and HR
- 5 years experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position
- 5 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales related role
- Prior experience in creating high-quality content and managing training experience in the technology / SaaS industry
- Experience working with sales tools (i.e. sales automation, CRM, LMS, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot)
- Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies (i.e. CVI, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and traveling internationally ~40% of the time
- Fluency in English, fluency in French is a plus
- EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) experience is a plus

The Global Lead, Enablement & Programs will oversee the development, scaling, and execution of global enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing development of Pigment's Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating enterprise-grade sales programs that enhance key competencies, including Account Planning and Business Acumen. You’ll co-design enablement programs with Pigment's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and cross-functional leaders to improve attainment and productivity KPIs across GTM teams. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal experts and external sales coaches to design and implement a high-performing, globally relevant Pigment Sales Methodology.
