What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the global Accounts Payable team and manage BPO operations
- Develop and implement the global Accounts Payable strategy
- Set priorities and performance goals while aligning resources for operational excellence
- Support the company ERP deployment strategy and ensure AP process readiness
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable and key contact for leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership in managing global and/or area AP operations teams
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP-based Accounts Payable processes
- Minimum of 5 years collaborating with and/or managing BPO/Shared Service operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or operations management from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance operations
- 5 years of experience leading diverse, multi-cultural teams
- Skills in cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication
