What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an internal journalist to develop newsworthy press announcements that highlight Teleperformance’s digital transformation
- Research and maintain a calendar of major award opportunities and coordinate nominations to enhance brand narrative
- Collaborate with PR agencies and subject matter experts to shape engaging storylines and content
- Partner with global and regional marketing teams to amplify PR activities across various channels
- Measure and report on PR campaign performance, utilizing data to drive improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B communications experience in a direct public relations role
- Strong news writing and reporting skills with extensive news writing experience
- Knowledge of U.S. media relations strategies that yield earned media results
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
