Job Description
- Req#: R-7547
- Manage the coming and expiring International A ssignments , including cost calculations, contract development and controlling of the payments and orders.
- Coordination of EY, handling employee and manager questions, approval of services and service requests, reviewing invoices, keeping masterlists updated and informing expats about changes.
- Handle expat pensions, insurances, approval of invoices.
- Develop proposal for how Husqvarna shall follow legal requirements in the mobility area ( eg posted worker directive) .
- Coordination G lobal Total Reward calls including meeting summaries, follow ups with the countries, putting together material to be compiled and presented in coming calls.
- LTI administration and coordination with Global Shares, masterfiles , letters, update of handbook.
- Set a guideline and process for rules applicable when transferring employees between countries
- Develop the Global Mobility processes and policies from the Employee experience perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Short p revious e xperience of G lobal M obility or / and T otal Rewards work .
- U nderstanding of legal requirements and compliance related to international assignments or can learn this quickly .
- An a nalytical mindset with the ability to develop proposals and guidelines .
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Global M obility & Total R ewards C oordinator
We are looking for a Global Mobility and Total Reward Coordinator to join our global Total Rewards team. The function is on an exciting development journey. Our task is to drive, lead, and develop Husqvarna's compensation and benefits philosophy, ensuring competitive compensation packages globally. We also handle the development of global policies, proc esses and digitalization of our total rewards areas . Additionally, we are responsible for Husqvarna's global mobility initiatives and reporting. You will be an important contributor in the further development of the function.

Location: In this position we offer a hybrid working model with a weekly presence (2 days) on one of our offices in Stockholm, Huskvarna or Jonsered .
