      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      The Global Product Analytics Manager for the BI&A squad within the Partner Services Group (PSG) is responsible for delivering exceptional analytics products and insights to internal customers. This role supports PSG BI&A products, including data factory, digital reporting, and analysis for MDPs’ compensation, evaluation, and experience. The key mission is to enable PSG and BCG leaders to improve their decision-making processes by creating BI&A tools, products, and digital capabilities.

      YOU'RE GOOD AT

      Data Analysis and Product Delivery:

      • Deliver high-quality BI&A products like Tableau dashboards and advanced analysis.

      • Create advanced analyses and projects to drive the evolution of the core MDP evaluation, compensation, and equity model.

      • Provide detailed and actionable analysis to support decision-making.

      • Support the implementation of PSG’s BI&A strategy and roadmap.

      Customer-Centric Product Management:

      • Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to implement enhancements, processes, and analytics products.

      • Assist in requirements discovery, backlog refinement, feature documentation, user support, and quality assurance.

      • Support the PSG BI&A Product Director in designing and leading the PSG Business Intelligence vision and strategy.

      Stakeholder Collaboration:

      • Facilitate requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business context and objectives.

      • Translate technical and functional business knowledge into actionable solutions and work with the development team.

      • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communication.

      • Collaborate with a multicultural and multi-functional distributed agile team.

      Agile Process Management:

      • Support the product team in user story development and functional testing.

      • Continuously release improvements and build new capabilities.

      • Triage and investigate escalated issues, working with the development team to deliver fixes.

      • Assist in squad agile ceremonies such as scrum calls, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

      • Ensure effective project implementation and agile process adherence

      YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

      • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst or similar role with a good understanding of Agile principles.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with a major in analytics, technology, or a related field encouraged.

      • Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake and Alteryx or equivalent tool is a plus.

      • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

      • Strong problem-solving skills. Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.

      • Ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams and independently.

      • Agile Certifications, preferably from Scrum.org is a plus.

      • Good understanding of core Finance and HR processes, compensation, equity, and evaluation principles is a plus.

      • Prior BCG and PSG experience is strongly preferred.
