      A Lot About You

      As an ideal candidate for the Global Program Manager role, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience essential for enhancing and elevating our programs. You have a demonstrated ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships across complex organizational structures, and collaborate seamlessly with the broader Emerging Careers Team, People Team, and Learning & Development. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and excel at crafting learning journeys that resonate with diverse audiences, align with business objectives, and drive meaningful outcomes. As a data-driven decision maker, you leverage insights to drive change and optimize program effectiveness.

      Responsibilities:

      • Program Development & Delivery

        • Lead and manage the onboarding and delivery of current global programs such as: Global Yahoo Internship Program, Design Associate Program, Associate Program Manager Program.

        • Act as the main point of contact for participants and hiring leaders - addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience through soliciting feedback.

        • Analyze program effectiveness while constantly innovating and driving change.

        • Develop and implement new programs as required by business needs.

      • Cross-Collaboration

        • Nurture relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for new initiatives and current program enhancements.

        • Partner with broader Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, and other relevant teams to ensure program alignment with organizational goals.

      • Engagement & Talent Development

        • Ensure that programs integrate skill-building activities that foster professional growth and technical acumen development.

      • Diversity Equity & Inclusion

        • Cultivate a sense of community across diverse populations of program participants through virtual workshops and in-person events.

        • Foster a partnership with the DEI team to ensure programming is inclusive and relevant to Yahoo’s overall DEI strategy.

      • Communication & Reporting

        • Provide clear communication to program participants regarding participation expectations, and milestones.

        • Monitor and track program outcomes, conversion and retention rates.

        • Prepare regular reports for leadership, summarizing key metrics and program outcomes.

      • Travel & Flexibility

        • Openness to supporting additional Emerging Careers and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

        • This role may include about 30% travel as you may need to be on-site for in-person conferences, events, or for program delivery.

      Minimum Experience

      • 3+ years of experience in end to end talent program coordination/management, learning and development, or related experience

      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      • Experience analyzing trends/program outcomes, and providing recommendations on enhancements

      • Proven success in a corporate setting, partnering and communicating with all levels of leadership

      • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results across large-scale organizations or teams

      The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.       Yahoo has a high degree of flexibility around employee location and hybrid working. In fact, our flexible-hybrid approach to work is one of the things our employees rave about. Most roles don’t require specific regular patterns of in-person office attendance.
