- Update existing content on the blog platform
- Source, edit, and upload relevant images for content staging
- Proofread content before publication and check URLs
- Track localization and translation requests, update due dates, and published URLs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or marketing
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in copywriting/content management
- Proficiency in WordPress and WP coding
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Experience in customer service and/or technology companies is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic production, Photoshop, Google Analytics, HTML, and/or WordPress is a bonus
- Part-time or full-time availability with hybrid/remote work options
