Create content for Product (Seasonal/Iconic/Special Projects) Sustainability and Brand Training, in collaboration with the Merchandising, Sustainability, and Marketing departments.
Deliver seasonal and iconic product training to the WW retail network, with a strong focus on key doors
Coordinate and support the process of seasonal training delivery in all regions.
Partner with Regional Retail Managers/Trainers to design and deliver training solutions to meet business objectives (e.g., special product/project launches)
Execute quarterly onboarding to the retail population.
Manage the Ambassadors program at the worldwide level) to ensure training excellence across the network
Monitor training metrics of success that align with company goals and focuses,
Implement current techniques of learning meant to engage the worldwide retail population including e-learning, graphics, videos, and surveys
Analyze retail training needs and propose solutions and plans.
Partner with the Global Retail Performance department on NPS analysis to promote training to store staff and ensure that quality of service and customer experience is well-maintained within all stores.
Well-versed with best practices and sharing within the WW retail network.
Implement and organize Global Retail Training events
Proven experience in retail training (international/luxury retail) in a corporate setting, expertise in Product and Styling
Experience within a learning and training environment to include analysis, design, build, delivery, and evaluation of a range of training programs for retail teams
Highly influential, engaging, and persuasive in communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
Possess a high level of commercial acumen, and self-initiative, combined with a drive for results, a strong sense of urgency, and a proactivity approach
Available to travel 50% of the time in all the regions (EMEA, US, Japan, APAC)
Good team player with proven ability to partner with other departments in dynamics context.
Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Experience using Teams, Zoom, Go to Meeting

Overview
Reporting to the Global Retail Excellence and Training Director, the Global Retail Training Coordinator will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying training programs for the worldwide network.
This position continually partners with corporate teams and regions to assess existing training tools and processes and identify new learning that drives the improvement of the client experience and productivity in our stores.
This multi-faceted position requires experience in content creation and implementation to bring training experiences to life and is a key position to ensure the execution of the Retail Training Strategy in worldwide stores and ad hoc projects.
