      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Global Sales Business Travel & Leisure leadership team
      - Manage communication by answering calls and emails, directing them to appropriate contacts
      - Assist with daily client engagement and follow-up on outstanding items
      - Generate reports using Salesforce, SQL, and Power BI to support sales analytics
      - Coordinate hotel and travel arrangements and manage special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of administrative experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong preference for candidates with hotel experience
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce is a plus
      - Strong financial and statistical analysis skills
      - Professional communication skills, including group presentations
      - Ability to manage 6 Global Account Directors and special projects effectively
