- Partnership Management: Oversee sales partnerships with Sales Representation agencies, travel agencies and consortia partners, managing high-profile accounts such as Virtuoso, Serandipians, and Internova. Plan and execute sales activities, including sales trips, client entertainment, and participation in trade events to strengthen relationships and maximize exposure.
- Sales Management: Lead proactive and reactive sales efforts for Eleven's products to meet or exceed annual revenue targets. Facilitate the sales process by introducing products to key stakeholders, including leisure and group travel producers, travel management accounts, travel advisors, consortiums, and wholesalers. Maintain a deep understanding of all Eleven offerings, build strong relationships with sales counterparts, relay leads and requests, and communicate need period dates while ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Account Development: Drive revenue growth by soliciting new accounts and nurturing existing ones through phone outreach, outside sales calls, and written communications. Strengthen industry relationships to expand Eleven's presence in the leisure travel sector, ensuring continued engagement with both current and potential partners.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales action plans that integrate both proactive outreach and reactive tactics to exceed annual sales goals. Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Networking and Representation: Establish and maintain a strong industry presence, particularly within the adventure and luxury travel sectors. Represent Eleven at industry events, trade shows, and road shows, effectively promoting the broader Eleven brand.
- Familiarization Trips: Plan and host familiarization (FAM) trips for key partners to enhance their firsthand knowledge of Eleven's properties, products, and surrounding destinations. Strengthen connections with attendees and on-site staff to drive engagement and future sales collaboration.
- Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with internal teams to develop targeted sales and marketing collateral, promotions, and campaigns. Keep sales, operations, and reservations teams informed and trained on partner updates.
- CRM, Reservations System and Reporting: Manage travel trade accounts within Salesforce. Qualify all leads, ensuring accurate entry into Salesforce with complete contact and opportunity details before assigning them to the appropriate Sales Manager. Prepare insightful sales performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Sales Meetings and Training: Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to enhance alignment and drive continuous improvement in sales execution.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to Eleven's customers and travel partners through prompt and consistent communication. Build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and embody the Eleven brand. Be readily available to manage inquiries, ensuring swift responses to leads and requests, as timely engagement is crucial for enhancing the guest experience and driving conversions.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the luxury travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of international degree in Hotel Management, Marketing or Communication.
- Previous experience in a proactive leisure sales role.
- Experience using Salesforce & Opera.
- Flexible work schedule to meet owner, guest, or company needs.
- Ability to work on a computer/desk for extended periods of time.

Position Summary
Eleven Experience is seeking a flexible and driven Global Sales & Partnerships Manager to oversee global accounts and serve as the brand expert for Eleven's portfolio. This role is responsible for growing existing industry accounts and securing new partnerships to maximize revenue and market share, both within the U.S. and internationally, in collaboration with our Sales Representation agencies.
The Global Sales & Partnerships Manager will develop strategic action plans tailored to different markets and drive sales through third-party partners, including travel advisors, wholesale agents, destination management companies, lifestyle concierge companies, tour operators, meeting planners and consortia memberships.
This position requires 5+ years of sales experience in the luxury travel and/or adventure industry, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, networking, and negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
This full-time, year-round, benefitted position offers a base salary of $90,000 - $120,000, plus performance-based incentives of up to 25% of base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
