What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct learning needs analysis to assess team performance and identify skill gaps
- Design training initiatives using innovative approaches tailored to various roles
- Facilitate engaging training sessions employing interactive and practical methods
- Provide ongoing coaching to frontline managers and field team members
- Collaborate with revenue enablement managers to support training for product launches and business improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience selling software, ideally across the full sales cycle including renewal and expansion sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in complex commercial and legal negotiations
- Flexibility in schedule for delivering live training sessions globally
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver programs impacting business objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in performance coaching, team leadership, or corporate training
- Experience within a company recognized for sales excellence
- Industry experience in cybersecurity or related technical fields
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Mindtickle, Hubspot, Outreach, or similar platforms
