What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain onboarding matrix for all Services functional teams
- Maintain SOP and WI in document controlled environment
- Design and implement training programs for colleagues, partners, distributors, and customers
- Manage document control libraries and knowledge libraries
- Conduct initial pilot training courses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science
- 1+ years’ experience with training coordination and management
- Experience with document control environments, i.e., Master Control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Instructional design background or experience
- Familiarity with Master Control document control environment
