- Responsibility for the payment and distribution of proceeds resulting from Client Share Sales & Dividends
- Detailing and documenting workflow procedures to include MiFID II compliant changes as recommended by Global Shares Compliance team.
- Internal reporting/escalation of any issues/mis-matches which arise as a matter of urgency.
- Provide support to the trading teams on a daily basis while comfortably working in a team environment.
- Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
- Act as a point of contact, as part of a team, for all payment related matters as well as c reate and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
- Promotion of Global Shares a JPM Morgan Company to both clients and partners.
- Extremely numerate individual with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated and organised with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment.
- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- A basic knowledge of Equity Industry
