We are currently seeking payments analysts to join Global Shares (a J.P. Morgan Company). The Global Shares Transaction was announced on March 15, 2022. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the payment and distribution of proceeds resulting from Client Share Sales & Dividends
• Detailing and documenting workflow procedures to include MiFID II compliant changes as recommended by Global Shares Compliance team.
• Internal reporting/escalation of any issues/mis-matches which arise as a matter of urgency.
• Provide support to the trading teams on a daily basis while comfortably working in a team environment.
• Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
• Act as a point of contact, as part of a team, for all payment related matters as well as c reate and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
• Promotion of Global Shares a JPM Morgan Company to both clients and partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Extremely numerate individual with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
• Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated and organised with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
• A basic knowledge of Equity Industry
