What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the talent acquisition function by crafting and executing a scalable recruitment strategy
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including building talent pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers
- Enhance and promote the employer brand, ensuring alignment with company values and mission
- Utilize data to inform recruitment decisions and optimize hiring processes
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and drive strategic hiring decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in hyper-growth environments within the beauty or lifestyle industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals
- Hands-on leadership experience in recruiting, from building pipelines to making final hiring decisions
- Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and cultural integration
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to improve recruitment processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or similar fast-paced industries
- Expertise in building diverse and high-performing teams
- Familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition and recruitment technology
- Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
