We are committed to acquiring innovative talent across every level of our organization and now looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for flawless execution of the talent acquisition (TA) lifecycle. You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting your team in the GUTOR business. You will be expected to manage the recruitment processes end-to-end and all stakeholder communications. Quality is as valuable as quantity in the hiring process and key figure in the market for GUTOR, you will need to take care of the candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, ensuring they feel informed and confident during the recruitment process. Working with people from different cultures and backgrounds around the globe means that it is necessary to be fluent in English, with other languages being advantageous. Your main tasks and responsibilities • Define and execute staffing strategy for attracting and retaining talent, with specific emphasis on recruitment delivery • Liaise with HR business partners and hiring managers to proactively address staffing need with solutions. • Assure the filling of vacancies/open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and offer making to candidates • Create a positive and unique candidate experience from first point of contact • Source candidates through all possible sourcing methods at the least cost possible (including passive candidates) by networking, internet postings via LinkedIn, employee referrals etc. • Review and evaluate resumes to select appropriate list of candidates for interviews ensuring that a diverse candidate pool has been screened and presented • Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants regarding strengths and development needs. • Develop and maintain recruitment data (KPI’s) on a continual basis and communicate to stakeholders, i.e., candidate pipeline, diversity metrics, time to fill, workforce planning, ramp-up status etc. • Ability to manage multiple high-profile requisitions across different continents. • Manage, partner and coach as an influencer your hiring managers into making the right recruiting decisions. • Ability to report accurately on your activity KPI's. • Create and implement HR projects from zero (related to ATS, Employer Branding etc) Your qualities and competences • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition delivery and Recruitment strategy. • Demonstrated track record of successfully filling industry related positions from entry level and above • Experience leading the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Good understanding of recruitment life cycle. • High Level of English - ability to conduct interviews and to maintain internal communications with the team (spoken and written). • Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn etc. (including hunting and direct sourcing). • Preferable experience recruiting international profiles.
