Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights.
Design and coordinate the deployment of analytical tools, metrics, and reports to inform business decisions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Talent data and i mplement Data Governance Practices.
Understan d Talent related processes while providing expertise in People Analytics methodologies.
Act as the C apacity & W orkforce P lanning subject matter expert (S ubject M atter E xpert ) and Technical Admin for dedicated tools.
Collaborate with C enter o f E xpertise Functional Leaders and B usiness U nit single point of contact .
Pivot the coordination with HR Ops and IT, when applicable.
Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance Talent related processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with c uriosity and a proactive mindset.
Excellent Skills in Excel, Power BI , Power Query and MS Office.
Fluent English.
Knowledge about SQL, Machine Learning, Talent, Learning and Rewards Functions as well as statistical analysis and predictive model l ing is a nice to have.

As a Global Talent Data Specialist, your mission is to leverage advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making throughout our organization. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, applying statistical modelling and data visualization skills to ensure data quality and enable informed decisions within the Talent & Rewards (Talent Acquisition, Capacity & Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Rewards) function.
