- Prior experience working in live entertainment, ideally with a Promoter or at an Agency, is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in international touring would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, is essential
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure.
- Ability to liaise directly with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors, Internal Touring team, agents, and other artist touring personnel
- Previous experience in an admin heavy role is desirable
- Languages are desirable

- Organised and deadline focused
- Self-motivated and responsible for personal and technical development

- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
- Assisting Tour Buyers and Tour Directors with administrative and research tasks for touring at an international level
- Aggregating local offers in Salesforce tour software (Rome), with the ability to understand local markets and currencies as part of business plan building process
- Working with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors and local offices to collect avails, build tour routes, and manage holds
- Collating promoter details and other relevant contacts for individual shows within a tour
- Maintaining organized tour files in Box
- Coordinating communications across internal departments, including but not limited to: o Working in conjunction with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors, and the EMEA Global Touring Ticketing department to collate ticket prices, collect Platinum proposals, collect VIP prosals, review and manage holds, review sales figures, and assist with communication on any necessary changes from inception to tour completion
- Working in conjunction with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors, and the EMEA Global Touring Marketing department on announcement and on sale schedules and aiding to maintain communication between departments on any necessary campaigns inception to tour completion
- Liaising with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors, and Touring legal team to draft tour agreements and related individual show deal memos based on business plans and tour offers
- Liaising with local offices and Tour Reps on pre-tour communication, production matters and day-to-day issues as tours play out
- Liaising with Tour Buyers, Tour Directors, Touring finance team and Tour Reps to track finances across tours from inception to reconciliation, with tasks including but not limited to
- Aiding with information needed for hedging
- Aiding with creating and updating pot trackers
- Saving settlements from night of show to final versions
- Aiding to ensure all necessary information is collected for final tour reconciliation and artist payment
- Coordinate final sales information between Ticketing and Operations departments o Coordinate and gather data for use and increased efficiency in Touring projects

Role Description
Working within Global Touring, you will be assisting the team in overseeing all aspects of the business supporting the team needs in delivering and planning events. In this role you will be involved with all aspects of touring logistics and fulfillment. You will be working alongside the event organisers to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist.
