      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance product knowledge and application
      - Develop a global sales enablement strategy to empower the commercial organization
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on training content and sales strategies
      - Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and sales initiatives
      - Oversee the development of global training initiatives to support new product introductions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related fields; graduate degree in a scientific field is a plus
      - Over 10 years of experience in sales, sales training, or enablement roles, preferably in a leadership capacity
      - Familiarity with sales processes in the capital equipment and analytical solutions sectors
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in training program design and delivery, including adult learning principles
