      Job Posting Description:

      This position is part of Global Treasury and Merchant Operations Risk and Business Control organization. The Document Control and Procedure Governance team is responsible for providing governance oversight and facilitating routines to validate accuracy of Front Line Unit operating procedures and adherence to policies and standards.

      Key Responsibilities Include:

      • Partnering with Front Line Units to facilitate governance reviews for procedures and supplementary material to validate document accuracy and adherence to governance requirements
      • Leading discussions with FLU by facilitating risk reviews and procedure observations to verify content accuracy
      • Identifying, documenting and remediating risk gaps identified during review of procedure content
      • Preparing documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to FLU business partners
      • Facilitating Report Outs to FLU business partners and Leaders
      • Partnering with Front Line Units and Business Control partners to revise and develop new procedures and supplementary documents
      • Managing assigned document portfolio including governance due dates, approval workflows, publishing and communicating procedure updates
      • Partnering with the team, FLUs and Business Control partners to remediate audit related issues impacting operating procedures
      • Facilitating governance training and coaching sessions with FLU employees and Business Partners
      • Leading and contributing to procedure and operating model change initiatives

      Required Skills:

      • Process knowledge of Global Treasury and Merchant Operations
      • Strong risk identification, resolution and escalation skills with ability to make recommendations and provide guidance on remediation decisions
      • Strong attention to detail, planning, and management organizational skills
      • Well-organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and deadlines
      • Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and drive change
      • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and document thorough meeting notes and action items
      • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong procedure or technical writing skills
      • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to manage business relationships
      • Ability to independently partner with business partners to overcome obstacles, collaborating and gaining consensus to create streamlined and accurate documentation
      • Flexibility in adjusting quickly to a changing environment
      • Ability to effectively collaborate with others in different locations
      • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Word
      • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

      Desired Skills:

      • Experience conducting quality and process reviews
      • Prior risk and remediation experience
      • Experience with project management or change management
      • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ETS Document Repository and Solution Center Repository

      Other Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of Global Treasury and Merchant products, processes, and systems
      • Experience with Laws, Rules, Regulations, Policies, and Standards
      • Project Management or Six Sigma certification
      • Familiarity with ORCIT, eDIM, eIMS and Enterprise Process Control Framework
        Audit, Risk, or Compliance background
