We currently have ONE opportunity for the right candidate to join our service family as a Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative. You'll be public-facing and dealing directly with our customers as they enter for service repairs and maintenance, This will include creating the work order and following the repair process from start to finish as it travels through the repair process, along with constant communication with the guest for repair authorizations, updates, and completion notification. Skills and Qualifications:

• · 5+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• · Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• · Ability to explain complicated automotive concepts to guests who may not be familiar with industry terminology
• · Compassionate and patient demeanor
• · Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• · An extensive knowledge base of the automotive industry and parts
• · Proficient math and grammar skills
• · Professional appearance always
• · Display empathy to every guest
• · Valid driver’s license
• · Agree to take and pass both a drug test and background check

Job Responsibilities

• · Meet and greet our guest with a welcoming approach
• · Determine customer needs
• · Properly document following GM policy and procedure guidelines in a manner that guides the technicians to an effective repair
• · Multitask in an extremely busy environment with grace and poise
• · Function as a liaison between both the guest and the repairing technician updating both throughout the visit
• · Advise guest on future maintenance and repair needs
