What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns for maximum effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and optimization recommendations
- Manage the paid advertising budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO analysis, utilizing GA4 for reporting and insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of Paid Search experience, with at least 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficient in basic technical SEO, including on-page and off-page strategies
- Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GA4 and advanced reporting techniques
- Familiarity with creating data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
