What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Govern Wiki policies for operational efficiency, including the creation and maintenance of policies related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure business continuity and hold managers accountable for compliance
- Prepare materials for risk committee meetings and maintain records of minutes and resolutions
- Identify and report compliance issues, supporting audits and assessments
- Promote a culture of corporate governance and transparency within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Governance experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and track high volumes of information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on formal documentation

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certificate in Healthcare Compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a confident and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
