What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support oversight of regional cybersecurity risk profiles, incidents, and control effectiveness
- Assist in managing regulatory compliance requirements across key markets
- Contribute to the definition of security standards and oversee the effectiveness of controls
- Conduct data analysis to assess compliance effectiveness and risk trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional Information Security Officers and cybersecurity leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Prior experience in financial services regulatory compliance (OCC, FRB)
- Knowledge of US Financial Services regulatory requirements
