What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to audit requests from DCAA, DCMA, and other Federal agencies
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant audit deliverables and packages
- Prepare reports summarizing audit findings for management review
- Compile and analyze data to assist in the completion of incurred cost submissions
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Prior government contracting experience, including interactions with DCAA and DCMA
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint
- Familiarity with indirect rates (pools and bases) and their development
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
