What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment program
- Monitor and coordinate the application approval process for new physicians and credentialed mid-level healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures related to provider billing for Medicare/Medicaid
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters regarding the Medicare/Medicaid participation process
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of billing system data dictionaries related to Medicare/Medicaid billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of credentialing or provider enrollment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of healthcare professional billing rules and regulations under Medicare/Medicaid
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AS Degree in healthcare
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that exceed the minimum education requirement may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
