      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly and professionally to member, client, and provider inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels
      - Communicate eligibility, benefit, claim status, and payment information accurately and clearly
      - Identify reasons for calls and provide appropriate resolutions within established guidelines
      - Assist callers with grievance and claims appeals processes as necessary
      - Document all relevant details of phone calls in the customer relationship management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a business environment, preferably in a call center for Medicare and/or Medicaid
      - Demonstrated knowledge of personal computers and software applications, including Windows
      - Successful completion of customer service simulation and multitasking assessments with minimum required scores
      - Ability to work an assigned eight-hour schedule between 7:55 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with the dental insurance industry
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
      - Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
      - Experience with customer relationship management systems
