      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from members, clients, and providers through various communication channels
      - Accurately communicate eligibility, benefit, claim status, and payment information to callers
      - Identify reasons for calls and provide appropriate resolutions to inquiries and complaints
      - Assist callers with grievance and claims appeals processes as needed
      - Document all relevant details of calls in the customer relationship management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a business environment, preferably in a call center assisting Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollees
      - Demonstrated knowledge of personal computers and software applications, including Windows
      - Ability to work an assigned eight-hour schedule between 7:55 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
      - Successful completion of customer service simulation and multitasking assessments with specified minimum scores

      - Experience working in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with dental insurance products and services
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Previous experience with customer relationship management systems
