What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics and agendas
- Monitor and respond to member inquiries, providing necessary support and information
- Support the tracking and reporting of regulatory, congressional, and policy developments
- Assist in drafting policy documents and public-facing materials related to immigration
- Manage member databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative position, preferably with knowledge of immigration
- Strong command of MS Office Suite and ability to present information effectively
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for clear communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
