What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance go-to-market strategy and ensure its successful implementation
- Develop and manage existing accounts while establishing new client relationships
- Build and execute the Government sales strategy, process, and hiring plan
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the employer and strengthen brand presence
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and manage executive-level relationships within accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of software sales experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- 7+ years of experience selling technical solutions to U.S. Federal Government agencies
- Proven ability to work with Government Services and develop a professional network
- Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in or a desire to work in an early-stage company
- A passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals
- Deep knowledge of government contracts and procurement vehicles
- Ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team to create solutions
