      What You’ll Do

      ✅ Analyze Loan Documentation – Review loan-to-value ratios, debt-to-income ratios, credit reports, applications, income and asset documentation, appraisals, and other loan documentation to ensure each loan meets AFR and government agency standards.

      ✅ Manage Loan Pipeline – Organize and maintain a pipeline of loans while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

      ✅ Calculate Borrower Incomes – Complete necessary income calculation worksheets and confirm data accuracy.

      ✅ Clear Underwriting Conditions – Review, update, verify, and clear all underwriting approval and suspense conditions.

      ✅ Facilitate Communication – Work closely with internal and external partners to gather documentation and finalize the loan process.

      ✅ Ensure Compliance & Integrity – Verify data consistency within loan files, including Automated Underwriting Systems.

      ✅ Contribute to Continuous Improvement – Suggest process and policy improvements based on experience.

      ✅ Stay Knowledgeable – Keep up with industry announcements and regulations.

      Qualifications


      Qualifications What You Bring to the Team

      ✔ High school diploma / GED or at least 2 years of professional work experience.

      ✔ Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs, including FHA, VA, and USDA.

      ✔ Proficiency in Encompass and familiarity with DU, LAPP, and SAR certifications.

      ✔ Excellent communication skills for coordinating with borrowers and internal stakeholders. ✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

      ✔ Ability to manage multiple loans and prioritize tasks effectively.

      ✔ Commitment to providing superior customer service.
