What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for voice bots in medical insurance use cases
- Design and implement guardrails to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance of voice bot interactions
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in voice bot technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frameworks and guardrails into existing systems
- Analyze data from voice bot interactions and recommend actionable solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with audio processing
- Solid background in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI technologies
- Proven excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with voice bot development and evaluation
- Knowledge of medical insurance processes and terminology
- Demonstrated track record of patents and/or scientific publications in machine learning or a related field
