      GameStop is seeking a detail-oriented and market-savvy Graded Collectibles Coordinator to support our growing collectibles division. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!) and understand market trends. This role focuses on processing orders, analyzing customer behavior, reviewing pricing data, and ensuring smooth inventory management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

      This role sits full time on site in Grapevine, TX.

      Key Responsibilities :

      • Order Processing & Fulfillment : Efficiently manage daily order processing for trading card games, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment while working closely with warehouse staff to resolve any discrepancies.

      • Customer Insights & Engagement : Analyze customer feedback, purchase behaviors, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer loyalty initiatives.

      • Market Research & Pricing Strategy : Regularly review historical and real-time market data to optimize pricing strategies. Stay updated on market dynamics to ensure competitive pricing and timely adjustments.

      • Inventory Optimization : Assist with inventory forecasting and stock management, ensuring popular items are restocked promptly. Maintain strong supplier relationships for efficient inventory replenishment.

      • Community & Social Engagement : Actively engage with the trading card game community, participating in relevant online forums and social media to build a positive brand presence and drive customer interaction.

      • Reporting & Analysis : Generate and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and inventory levels to help drive data-informed decision-making.

      Qualifications :

      • In-depth knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!) and current market trends.

      • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

      • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
