What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide instructional tutoring to students in qualitative concepts via online platforms
- Communicate professionally with students through email and virtual meetings
- Participate in the development of tutoring resources and attend regular team meetings
- Commit to approximately 40 hours per month, including evenings and weekends
- Complete program training and ongoing tutor training throughout the position tenure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current student enrolled in a doctoral program at the employer
- Completion of graduate-level qualitative research coursework, including specific Walden courses
- Demonstrated experience with NVivo and familiarity with Office 365
- Strong writing and communication skills for professional correspondence
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt to varying learning styles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience using NVivo regularly
- Experience teaching or learning in online learning management systems
- Familiarity with additional analytical software
- Ability to approach students with different learning strategies for effective tutoring
