- Learn about dealer contractual obligations and compliance mechanisms; Network Development Policies & Procedures
- Evaluate and process dealer agreement updates for Dealer Franchising
- Monitor dealer standards & ensure compliance with network policies
- Update and maintain Network Development internal policies
- Support development of internal and external departmental communications
- Learn about what makes a successful dealer and what data and analysis is conducted to measure dealer performance
- Develop Tableau Dashboards to promote visualization of dealer performance
- Support strategic topics within the Retail Experience, including; Audi’s sustainability program, sales and service buying process, and digital tools/data that enhance on-going facility build projects
- Support development of the ideal retail experience and retail experience programming
- Learn about how to evaluate markets and determine recommended retail footprint adjustments
- Conduct market studies to determine recommended adjustments in key markets
- Evaluate market change requests and provide recommendations
- Support development and management of 2024 and 2025 retail strategy action plans
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Operations or similar major
- Demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Office tools, including Power Point and Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of data analytics tools as well visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
- A strong desire to learn, ask questions and take on new challenges

The Retail Development Graduate Analyst will support all aspects of the Audi Network Development Team, which is responsible for strategy and operational excellence of Audi's US Dealer network. The Graduate Analyst will support with operational and project work across the various team functions, including Retail Strategy, Retail Performance, Dealership Franchising and Standards, and Retail Facilities. Key rotational areas to support these functions are outlined below.
The selected candidate can expect to learn about and support on topics including dealer franchise laws, dealership and OEM manufacturer relations, dealer franchise standards and compliance, dealer performance, and dealer retail processes.
