      Purpose

      As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision and mentorship within the process engineering department, you will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley' and our customers'.

      Responsibilities

      Under appropriate supervision, the Graduate Process Engineer will participate in some or all of the following activities:

      • Extract process engineering information from engineering documents and drawings along with as-building client PIDs.
      • Prepare process reports, memorandums, and design basis documents with the ability to represent them in front of a client.
      • Prepare process flow diagrams, material and heat balances, utility requirements, and process conditions for major equipment.
      • Develop P&ID's and be able to represent the design during design and safety reviews.
      • Participate in safety and hazard assessments for chemical process systems.
      • Check and file process calculations according to project instructions.
      • Review supplier drawing submittals and assist with technical bid analyses.
      • Provide process engineering assistance to design groups as required.
      • Participates in customer and internal review meetings.
      • Participate in a wide range of clients and industries at all different phases in projects. These projects will include both green and brown field environments.

      What you will bring

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university within the United States.
      • 0-5 years of experience in specialty chemical, refining, and oil/gas industries
      • Competent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to attend meetings as an active participate.
