What is Required (Qualifications):

- Terminal degree in Financial Planning or related disciplines for graduate programs; MS or MBA in Financial Planning or related disciplines for undergraduate programs
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time financial planning practitioner experience (or minimum of 3 years for undergraduate faculty)
- Achievement and maintenance of program-specific designations, such as CFP®
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the faculty team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Preferred industry designations, such as AFC®, CFA®, CPA®, EA®
- Preferred The American College designations, such as ChFC®, CAP®, CLU®, RICP®, WMCP®, CLF®
