What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Master of Engineering and Computer Science & Applications programs
- Evaluate admission applications and make independent admissions decisions
- Develop and implement systems for analyzing recruitment outcomes and tracking applicants
- Promote graduate programs through digital campaigns and engagement with alumni and community groups
- Collaborate with K-12 schools and community colleges to build pipelines for graduate programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in recruitment, admission, and STEM student success
- Demonstrated data analysis skills
- Proven experience in building data-driven recruitment and admissions strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience reviewing academic records and providing admissions decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Evidence of project management experience
- Familiarity with student information systems, preferably Banner and Navigate
- Experience in enrollment management systems
- Evidence of working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of graduate student recruitment and admissions
