What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform statistical analyses using software such as SAS and SPSS
- Clean, organize, and manage large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Create data visualizations, tables, and summary reports to interpret research results
- Conduct literature searches to support ongoing research projects and summarize findings
- Prepare for team meetings by organizing schedules, agendas, and minutes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent to completion of a bachelor's degree and enrollment in an SDSU graduate degree program
- Strong experience with statistical analysis software (SAS, SPSS, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with epidemiological or social science research methods

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Enrollment in a graduate program (Master's or PhD) in Public Health, Psychology, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, mixed modeling)
