      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ensure that new and relocated stores are set to company standards by the deadline
      - Train new hires on executing planograms and visual promotions
      - Delegate specific tasks to new hires and provide proper training
      - Assist team members in moving merchandise, cleaning, and organizing
      - Demonstrate knowledge of instruments and answer customer questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Expertise in planograms in at least one department (multiple departments preferred)
      - 2-5 years of experience in retail management with merchandising expertise
      - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Knowledge of musical instruments
      - Working knowledge of computers at a beginner or intermediate level
      - Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams
      - Willingness to travel up to 60% for extended periods of time
      - Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
