      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), grants, and contracts for health and human service programs
      - Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while facilitating the development of RFPs and preparing contracts
      - Manage payments and oversee budget allocations to maximize program effectiveness
      - Conduct on-site monitoring of community providers to verify compliance with contractual obligations
      - Collaborate with agency units and stakeholders to support departmental goals and develop various reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in planning, implementation, and/or management of grant programs
      - Considerable knowledge of grant preparation and administration, program evaluation, and monitoring functions
      - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to utilize computer software effectively
      - Supervisory ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing Personal Service Agreements (PSA) and Purchase of Service (POS) contracts within correctional or institutional settings
      - Familiarity with federal, state, and local grant applications and compliance requirements
      - In-depth understanding of procurement laws and regulations applicable to public sector contracting
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies
