What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the collection, storage, and maintenance of impact, compliance, and grant-related data
- Prepare periodic investor and grantor reports, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Support the NMTC program by tracking compliance with allocation agreements and assisting with regulatory matters
- Participate in the preparation of periodic NMTC, CDFI, and other applications
- Collaborate on the organization's participation in Aeris reviews and maintain reporting calendars

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the nonprofit sector or with community development finance institutions
- Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com
- Solid experience using Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet fixed deadlines

- Familiarity with data analysis themes and reporting processes
