      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess financial and grant management tools used by Office of Justice Programs grantees
      - Deliver customized training and technical assistance to federal grantees
      - Coordinate with project team members and client representatives to develop innovative resources
      - Plan and deliver virtual webinars, workshops, and events to enhance financial management knowledge
      - Manage a full range of financial management and grants administration tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - 6+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or federal grants management
      - U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
      - Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date
      - Demonstrated experience in managing financial management-related work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing training and technical assistance to American Indians/Alaska Natives or U.S. Territories
      - Demonstrated success in managing federal client relationships
      - Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Webex)
      - Knowledge of online case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to evaluate curriculum and conduct needs assessments
