Grants Management IT Project ManagerThe Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to develop and modernize applications support the federal grants management lifecycle. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
· 7+ years of experience with supporting federal grants management applications
· 4+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including leading the program increment planning for a project
· Experience with initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering IT projects
· Experience in collaborating with product owners, business partners, developers, and architects to build and define the product backlogs and complete release planning
· Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies and managing and facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, mid-sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives
· Experience with managing the evolution of the User Story and backlog items
· Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workgroups
· Ability to obtain a security clearance
· Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
· 4+ years of experience as a project manager
· Experience in facilitating development and troubleshooting sessions with a team
· Experience in working with teams to de-centralize decision-making and acting as an escalation point when consensus decisions cannot be reached
· Experience with requirements gathering, development of wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Experience with Jira and Confluence
· Knowledge of development life cycle
· Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills
· Master’s degree in Information Systems
· PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
